A clear timeline of support
Check-ins will be given at:
- 2 weeks
- 6 weeks
- 12 weeks
- 16 weeks
- 20 weeks

- Baby
Tailored to your needs
You can choose which check ins you would like to receive.
Each check in lasts around 2 hours and is charged at £35 per session (if you require in person and live outside Aberdeen city, travel expenses will be added).
In person or virtually
This is a great option if you are not based in Aberdeen but either want to continue working me postnatally or would like to start working with me.
