You will also find some free (YES FREE!!) downloads. This is my way to show you that I want to make sure you are informed and prepared for birth and parenting.

Classes & workshops
These services are all based around Mindful Hypnobirthing
Private Hypnobirthing Class
£225
6 hour class for you and your birth partner (offered in 3 sessions, 2 hours each). This class will teach you how to make your mindset about birth a positive one as well as educating you about birth processes and what to expect. Learn how to feel calm and relaxed during pregnancy, birth and beyond. The price includes the book 'Mindful Hypnobirthing' by Sophie Fletcher, a class journal, audio MP3 tracks and a goody bag. Currently this class is delivered via zoom or in person in Aberdeen.
1:1 Full birth & postnatal preparation course
£275
9 hour class which combines my birth preparation class and my planning for parenting workshop. This class will teach you how to make your mindset about birth a positive one. The price includes the book 'Mindful Hypnobirthing' & 'Mindful Mamma' by Sophie Fletcher, 2 class journals, audio MP3 tracks and a goody bag. Currently this class is delivered via zoom or in person in Aberdeen.
Caesarean Workshop
£100
This is a 3 hour class for your and your birth partner. This workshop is specifically for people who are having a caesarean. This class will inform you on what a gentle caesarean is, give you techniques for before, during and after your caesarean birth.
The price includes audio MP3 tracks.
Gentle Induction Workshop
£45
This is a one hour workshop for people who are having an induction of labour (IOL). The class will teach you how to make informed choices, how to use techniques through your birth and how to assess which choices to make.
Postnatal Preparation Class
£90
This class is intended to be taken between 36-40 weeks gestation.
It will give you time to prepare for how you will look after YOURSELF postnatally, how to set up support and tools for tough days.
Techniques Class/Refresher
£110
This is a 3 hour condensed course for people who would like a quick brain re-train and some tools and techniques to help them through birth.
TBR 3 Step rewind technique for perinatal trauma
£175
This is via zoom or in person. It is made up of three sessions (between 3 & 4 hours in length) and will help you to alleviate the emotion related to any trauma symptoms. These trauma symptoms may be related to birth or postnatal expereinces.
Doula Services

- My full hypnobirthing course and postnatal planning session (4 antenatal sessions)
- On-call period from 38 weeks
- Birth attendance

Birth Doula only
£1400
Includes:
- 2 antenatal sessions
- On-call period from 38 weeks
- Birth attendance
- 2 postnatal sessions
Postnatal Doula Services (hourly rate)
£25/hour
This can be in person or virtual support. The support can be flexible.
Basic Postnatal Package
£700 pcm
Includes:
- Postnatal Planning & Preparation course
- 25 hours of postnatal support
- Travel expenses (up to 20 miles from my home)
- All services listed in the agreement
- Telephone/whatsapp/zoom support out (within the hours of 8am-8pm)
Essential Postnatal Package
£1200 pcm
Includes:
- Postnatal Planning & Preparation course
- 50 hours of postnatal support
- Travel expenses (up to 20 miles from my home)
- All services listed in the agreement
- Telephone/whatsapp/zoom support out (within the hours of 8am-8pm)
Deluxe Postnatal Package
£1600 pcm
Includes:
- Postnatal Planning & Preparation course
- 75 hours of postnatal support
- Travel expenses (up to 20 miles from my home)
- All services listed in the agreement
- Telephone/whatsapp/zoom support out (within the hours of 8am-8pm)
